Our Portfolio

The team’s 2nd investment into single family homes. This property has an interesting acquisition story. Make sure to ask one of us about this property when you have the chance. Riddled with tension and drama. Like in the movies, someone had to make a call before and after getting on and off a plane.

First property investment for the group. Once landing in Austin, the team hit the ground running with multiple full days of meeting agents and touring multiple properties. The team put in over 20+ offers and only one offer was accepted at the end of the trip. Thus the team’s first big step into real estate.

Other Deals

The team did not know as much about Cincinnati as we do with Texas, but there is one individual that has been there from the start of the team’s real estate journey in the team’s first SARE local meet. We’ve had the opportunity to see his team grow over the years and truly believe in their team’s work ethic, attention to detail, and the connections and network they have made out in Cincinnati. In this deal, the numbers looked incredible, backed by an incredible team we’ve loved and had the pleasure to see grow over the years.

Throughout learning and connecting with many individuals on our real estate journey in learning more about commercial multifamily, we meet many other individuals also heading in the same direction. This was one where we strongly connected with an individual and believed in her and her deal she brought to the table. The team was very familiar with the region and double checked the underwriting and strongly believed in this partnership and the individual. Watching one another within our community grow was incredibly satisfying and always rooting for one another.

PGH

Team’s first partnership outside of our normal circle. We were not familiar with the area but wanted to explore more outside of our comfort zone as well as experience what partnerships were like outside of our usual group of individuals. Just a few minutes from Carnegie Mellon University, this is a prime location for student housing.

After acquiring single family properties, the team knew we wanted to scale to larger properties due to economies of scale and more efficient in deploying resources and time. The team adamantly dove in head first to meet individuals and learn as much in the commercial real estate space. From here, the team was given an opportunity to participate and raise for a land entitlement deal in San Jose, California for a 600+ unit of affordable housing apartments in the heart of Silicon Valley. This partnership is tied with the massive BART expansion and development of San Jose communities.
